Information we collect
When you create an account or place an order, we may collect your name, email address, delivery address, contact details, order information and payment or fulfilment status needed to process your purchase.
Login and account access
Google/email login is available. Phone OTP login is not provided. Customers can view only their own account information and orders.
How information is used
- To create and secure your customer account.
- To process, pack, dispatch and track orders.
- To handle size exchange requests and customer support.
- To send necessary order, payment and delivery updates.
- To maintain billing, GST and order records.
Who can access the information
Order, address and contact details are visible only to the authorised seller/admin for order handling. Courier and payment partners receive only the information required for delivery, payment collection and fulfilment. Customer personal details are not displayed publicly.
Payments, fulfilment and service providers
Prepaid payments are processed through Razorpay and COD payments are collected through the courier or fulfilment partner. Supabase may be used for account and order data, Firebase for notification delivery, and Shiprocket or another courier partner for shipment fulfilment and tracking. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
Security and updates
We use reasonable safeguards to protect customer information and retain data only for business, legal, tax and support requirements. We may update this policy when the website, services or legal requirements change.
Your requests
You may contact us to request correction or deletion of personal information, ask about the information connected to your account, or raise a privacy grievance. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours, subject to verification and legal or tax record requirements.
