Quick answers before you place your first order.
How long will delivery take?
Usually 3–7 days after dispatch. Exact timing depends on your pincode and courier serviceability.
Is COD available?
Yes. COD orders have a ₹69 COD charge. Prepaid orders of ₹999 or more get free shipping; below ₹999, a ₹59 shipping charge applies.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel from your account while the order is Placed, Accepted or Packed. After dispatch/shipping, cancellation is not available.
Can I return a product?
Normal returns and refunds are not available. Size/fit exchange can be requested within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the exchange policy.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Submit the request within 48 hours with order details, photos and a continuous unboxing video showing the package and shipping label.
How can I track my order?
Open your Account page. Once the seller adds courier and tracking details, the tracking link will appear in My Orders.
